1. SHIPPING COSTS We are pleased to offer free premium shipping on all orders. There are no hidden fees at checkout.

2. PROCESSING TIME After receiving your order, we require 1 to 3 working days to prepare your watch for shipment, perform quality assurance, and pack it securely. You will receive a notification as soon as the package leaves our premises.

3. DELIVERY TIME The estimated delivery time is:

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7 to 12 working days.

  • International: 10 to 15 working days. Please note that slight delays may occur during peak times or due to customs clearance.

4. TRACKING Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. This allows you to track the status of your delivery online at any time.

5. CUSTOMS & DUTIES As we ship internationally, customs duties or import taxes may apply in rare cases once the package reaches your destination country.

  • For customers in the UK and EU: We strive to arrange shipping in such a way that no additional costs are incurred by you. Should fees nevertheless apply, please contact our Support team.

6. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES All our shipments are insured. Should your package be lost in transit or arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at Email: Support@royaluxury.de, and we will immediately arrange for a replacement delivery or refund.
