General Terms and Conditions
1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION For all business relationships between Royal Luxury (operated by FIORANZO LLC) and the Customer, the following General Terms and Conditions in the version valid at the time of the order apply exclusively. Conflicting terms and conditions of the Customer shall not be recognised unless the Seller expressly agrees to their validity in writing.

3. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT 3.1. The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but a non-binding online catalogue. 3.2. By clicking the button "Buy" / "Submit Order", you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping basket. 3.3. Confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after sending the order and does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract. We can accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email or by delivering the goods within two days.
4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal. Further information can be found in the separate Cancellation Policy on our website. Note: No restocking fees are charged for the proper return of a product.
5. PRICES AND SHIPPING COSTS 5.1. The prices stated on the product pages are final prices. 5.2. In addition to the stated prices, shipping costs may apply depending on the delivery address, which are clearly communicated during the ordering process. Customers will be charged for shipping costs only once (this also includes partial deliveries). 5.3. For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases (e.g. customs duties or import VAT) for which the Seller is not responsible and which are to be borne by the Customer.
6. TERMS OF PAYMENT 6.1. Payment is made optionally via credit card, PayPal or other payment methods offered at checkout. 6.2. Payment of the purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
7. DELIVERY AND RETENTION OF TITLE 7.1. Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the Customer. 7.2. The goods remain the property of FIORANZO LLC until full payment of the purchase price.
8. STATUTORY WARRANTY AND GUARANTEE 8.1. The statutory law on liability for defects applies. 8.2. In addition, Royal Luxury grants a 2-year warranty on the movement. Please refer to our warranty page for details. This warranty does not restrict your statutory warranty rights.
9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION The European Commission provides a platform for Online Dispute Resolution (ODR), which you can find here: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are willing to participate in extra-judicial dispute settlement proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
10. FINAL PROVISIONS Should one or more provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the other provisions shall not be affected thereby.
