What is the quality of our watches? We offer models in both Japanese and top-class Swiss quality.
What is the difference between Swiss and Japanese quality watches? The difference between Swiss and Japanese quality watches lies in the grade of steel used, as well as the manufacturing process and machinery. Japanese quality models use 316L steel, while Swiss quality is made from 904L steel, which is significantly more durable, rust and corrosion-resistant, but at the same time more expensive and complicated to manufacture. Swiss quality models are manufactured on machines that are cloned to match Swiss technologies and standards, which is why higher accuracy and finish can be expected.
Can you send me more pictures of the desired model? Since we receive many enquiries, some of which are from our competitors trying to keep us busy, we send additional pictures only to our existing customers.
Does the second hand run smoothly or does it tick? Yes, the second hand sweeps with a frequency of 21,600 semi-oscillations per hour (bph).
Do I get a tracking number? After we have processed the order within 1–2 days, we will send you the tracking number by email and will also keep you updated via your phone number. Processing until delivery can currently take 8–15 working days.
Do the watches have ceramic bezels? Yes, if the authentic model features a ceramic bezel, this is also the case with our models.
Does the watch come with original packaging and papers? Every watch purchased in our shop comes with a beautiful gift box.
How fast is the delivery time? As soon as payment is confirmed, we process your order in our warehouse for 1–2 days. Subsequently, we ship it, which can take another 8–15 working days until it is delivered to you. Note: Sometimes there is an overload in the warehouse, and the processing time can take 8–15 days.
What type of glass do you use to manufacture the watches? All our watches feature highly resistant, scratch-proof Sapphire crystal.
Can I pay with my VISA/Mastercard? We recommend using MoneyGram and Western Union as Visa and MasterCard policies are against our products. However, we process Visa/MasterCards/Amex and Discovery for a limited period. If you cannot find the option, try again at a later time.
Do you deliver to my country? Due to the recent pandemic, we cannot deliver to some countries. If you do not find your country in the checkout options, this means that we cannot ship there at the moment.
What movement do the watches have? Depending on the chosen quality, our watches feature Japanese or high-quality ETA Swiss movements.
Are the watches waterproof? Our Swiss watches are waterproof. However, our Japanese watches are only water-resistant; we do not recommend swimming or showering with them. Submerging the watches under water voids their warranty.
