Returns & Warranty
At Royal Luxury, your satisfaction is our top priority. Should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following options:
1. RETURNS (REFUND POLICY) You can return your watch within 45 days of the original purchase date.

Requirements: The watch must be unworn and in its original condition.

Important: All tags, stickers and protective films must be intact and attached. Unfortunately, we cannot fully refund or accept the return of watches with the protective film removed.

Accessories: The original packaging incl. manuals must be complete.

Process: Contact our Customer Service for a return authorisation (incl. photos of the watch). After inspection of the goods, the refund will be made within 5 working days to your original payment method.
2. EXCHANGES (EXCHANGE POLICY) Within 60 days of the original purchase date, you can exchange your watch for another model.

The same condition requirements apply as for returns (unworn, protective films intact).

Price differences will be refunded or invoiced accordingly.
3. WARRANTY (WARRANTY) We grant a 2-year warranty on all watches from Royal Luxury / FIORANZO LLC.

Coverage: Manufacturing defects and faults under normal use.

Exclusions: Damage caused by accidents, water (if exceeding the limit), improper handling or third-party repairs.
RETURNS & SHIPPING Please only dispatch returns after consultation with our Support. Exclusively use an insured shipping method with tracking. (Note: The costs and risk of the return shipment are borne by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed).
